TODAY’S VERSE: Ephesians 2:4-5
“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” [New International Version (NIV) Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984 by International Bible Society]

TODAY’S MESSAGE
I just received the following anonymous reversed version of The Lord’s Prayer and was impacted by how well it portrays God’s love and character toward us regardless of our imperfections or how we feel.

“My Son/My Daughter who art on Earth feeling worried, confused, disoriented, lonely, sad and distressed.”

“I personally know your name and bless it while pronouncing it because I love you and accept you just as you are.”

“I welcome you into my Kingdom as one of my special children; I simply ask that you follow my will on Earth to experience what Heaven is like.”

“Today you will have your daily bread; do not worry. Just remember that it is not only yours, but for you to share with your neighbor. I place it in your hands because I am confident that you know it is for both you and your brothers and sisters.”

“I ask that, just as I have forgiven you, that you forgive those who have offended you.”

“I know that temptations will surround you; however, I am assured that you will do just fine with my power already in you.”

“Take hold of my hand, and don’t let go; I will give you discernment so that you may realize that, through all this time, I have given you, and will continue to give you, the strength you need to not be led toward evil.”

“Never forget that I LOVE YOU from the beginning of time, and I will always love you through the end of time, for I AM IN YOU JUST AS YOU ARE IN ME.”

“May my blessing be with you at all times, and may my peace and eternal love reside within you always, since it is only through me that you are able to receive them, for I AM PEACE AND LOVE.”

“Finally, send my prayer to all those who you love, so that they also become aware that I bless them just as I bless you… AMEN.”

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me so much, and for always being there when I need You. Help me to always be thankful for all You have provided, and teach me to be a blessing to others as well. In Jesus’ precious name, amen.
