TODAY’S MESSAGE
Once you and I become part of God’s Kingdom, it is our responsibility to make all our dealings in a way that shows genuine respect, love, and fairness toward others. We cannot live a life seeking only for ourselves, but we live within a global community that needs each other. This is the basis of making “win/win” decisions –the type of decisions that are in “sync” with our Heavenly Father’s will for our lives.
Whenever we face the need to decide on anything, the first question that we need to ask ourselves is, “How can this decision become a win/win situation for all parties involved?” As we come with this attitude before our Heavenly Father in prayer, He will clear our path and show us what our decision should be. It might not come as an angel or a thundering voice, but as we reflect on the potential results of our decision, we will know for sure if God is behind it 100% or not. When we seek to benefit others through our actions and choices, God is pleased and we too become partakers of His blessing. What we are doing is in fact re-establishing God’s Kingdom among us.
Let us be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s guidance toward win/win solutions to our every-day circumstances. As we do this we will allow God’s wisdom to abound in our life and the benefits will be greater than we could ever imagine.
TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the daily guidance I receive from You through Your Holy Spirit residing within me. Help me to focus on producing win/win solutions in my everyday decisions, so that Your name be glorified on earth as it is glorified in heaven. In Jesus’ precious name, amen.
